Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Vision2050 Park City handles personal information when you visit our giveaway pages, enter a promotion, complete optional entry actions or choose to receive our marketing communications.
1. Information we collect
We collect the name and email you submit, your confirmation of eligibility and acceptance of the Official Rules, entry actions, timestamps and consent records. If you choose the phone bonus, we collect your mobile number in a standardised format and your permission to store it for giveaway administration. Format validation does not verify number ownership or deliverability.
Our website and service providers may also process IP addresses, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and security logs. A hashed network identifier and request counts help prevent duplicate entries and abuse. We do not collect assessment results or medical records through this giveaway.
2. How we use information
We use entry information to operate the promotion, maintain your entry count, check eligibility, prevent fraud, select and contact a potential winner, arrange the prize and meet recordkeeping obligations. We use separately recorded marketing permissions to send the communications you requested. Entering does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
3. Email and mobile permissions
Email marketing and promotional text permissions are optional, separate choices. Neither is required to enter, purchase anything or earn the phone bonus. Providing your number for administration does not subscribe you to text messages. The current giveaway form records permissions; it does not send verification texts or activate a messaging subscription.
If a text messaging programme is activated using your separate permission, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may also withdraw permission by contacting us. Marketing emails will provide an unsubscribe option. Necessary entry, eligibility and prize messages may still be sent while we administer your participation.
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process them only as needed to operate services on our behalf.
4. Cookies and advertising measurement
A necessary session cookie restores your entry in the same browser. The contest uses the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and successful registrations for advertising. Meta may receive browser and device information, IP addresses and cookie identifiers. We do not include your entry name, email, phone number or health information in these pixel events.
You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through Meta. Restricting necessary cookies may prevent your entry from being restored in that browser. Facebook and Instagram visits are governed by those services’ own policies.
5. Who can access information
Authorised organisers and providers supporting hosting, storage, security, communications and prize fulfilment may access information needed for their tasks. Entries are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database; a restricted organiser register is maintained in Google Docs. Relevant winner details may be shared with prize providers to arrange fulfilment. Health assessments are handled separately by their providers.
We do not sell entry information or share marketing permissions for other organisations’ independent marketing. We may disclose information when legally required, to respond to lawful requests or to investigate fraud and protect participants and our services.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards and restrict organiser access, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Giveaway records are normally retained for up to 12 months after the draw, unless administration, tax requirements, a dispute or another legal obligation requires longer retention. Separately opted-in marketing records may be retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion; limited suppression records may be retained to respect your opt-out.
7. Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw marketing permission. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law. Deleting information necessary to verify or administer an entry before the promotion concludes may prevent continued participation. These choices do not limit rights available under applicable law.
8. Age eligibility and updates
This promotion is for eligible Utah residents aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly accept entries from children. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been submitted. We will post changes to this policy here with an updated effective date.
