Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of Vision2050 Park City’s contest pages and related giveaway services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. The promotion’s Official Rules contain the specific eligibility, entry, prize and selection requirements; they control if they conflict with these general terms.
1. Eligibility and entry
No purchase is necessary. Participation is limited to people meeting the Official Rules, including Utah residency and a minimum age of 21. A purchase or marketing opt-in does not improve your chances. Submit accurate information, enter only as permitted and keep your contact details current. Automated entries, duplicate-person entries, impersonation and interference with fair operation may result in disqualification under the Official Rules.
2. Promotion dates, entries and winner selection
The published Official Rules set the entry period, available bonus actions, maximum entry count, draw date, selection process and claim deadline. A bonus action counts only once as stated in those rules. Social profile visits do not require a follow, and the form does not verify follows or phone ownership. A selected candidate becomes the winner only after eligibility checks and timely acceptance.
3. Prize and event participation
The prize includes only the items described in the Official Rules. Travel, accommodation, taxes and other excluded expenses are the winner’s responsibility. Event attendance requires compliance with venue policies and any applicable age, safety and admission requirements. Each individual QR admission is for its specified event and may be checked in only once.
Assessment appointments require coordination with the providers and remain subject to availability and suitability. Providers make clinical decisions and handle health information separately; entering or winning is not medical advice or a guarantee of a health outcome. Any permitted substitution, transfer or other fulfilment condition is governed by the Official Rules.
These terms do not replace the separate purchase, cancellation or refund terms shown when someone buys an event ticket. A free giveaway entry does not create a paid ticket transaction.
4. Communications and consent
We may contact entrants about their entry, eligibility and prize administration. Promotional email and SMS permissions are separate, optional choices. Supplying a mobile number for the phone bonus does not subscribe you to text messages, and the form does not activate a messaging programme.
If promotional texts are later activated with your permission, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Contact us to withdraw permission; use the unsubscribe option in marketing emails. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records will not be sold or shared with others for their independent marketing. 5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, submit malicious content or misrepresent your identity. Site designs, branding, images and promotional materials belong to their respective owners. Participation does not grant permission to reuse them commercially or imply an endorsement.
6. External services and social platforms
Hosting, communications, assessment providers and linked websites may have their own terms and privacy policies. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Information submitted through this form is provided to Vision2050 Park City. The platform release and other promotion-specific provisions appear in the Official Rules.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to operate the giveaway fairly and maintain accurate information, but technical interruptions and event changes can occur. Suspension, modification or cancellation of the promotion is subject to the circumstances and protections stated in the Official Rules. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or the availability of external services.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits non-waivable consumer rights.
8. Applicable law and updates
Utah law and applicable federal law govern these terms. Subject to any mandatory legal rights, disputes may be brought in the appropriate courts in Utah. We may update these general terms by posting a revised version, but changes do not override the published Official Rules or rights that have already accrued.
